Georges Radulovitch
Georges Radulovitch has been active for almost 30 years in Private Banking for an international client base. Mr Radulovitch has held managerial roles at Banque Worms (Paris), Crédit Commercial de France (Paris), as well as at Crédit Commercial de France Geneva as Director Private Clients Management, followed by CEO at the Geneva branch of Société Générale (Suisse).
Lindsey Brown
Lindsey Brown has held senior positions with various international banks and asset management firms before joining Gesfin Limited. Lindsey’s areas of expertise are financial reporting, risk management, compliance and reporting, operations and corporate governance.
Lindsay Adamson
Lindsay Adamson has been in Gibraltar for more than 30 years. He used to own his own successful asset management firm and provides Gesfin with specialised advice in the sector.
Douglas Mackay
Douglas has more than 20 years’ experience in the finance industry, principally in the areas of fund management and fund administration. He has extensive experience in a broad range of fund types including hedge funds and private equity, together with expertise in the regulatory environment. During his career he has acted and continues to act as a director of a broad range of regulated investment businesses, including investment management companies, fund administration companies and listed investment funds.
Richard Bray
Richard Bray has over 30 years in depth experience in Fund Administration, including 13 years with a major Swiss financial institution. Richard has worked on a wide variety of funds, from relatively simple long only bond and equity funds, through to complex structured products and including private equity, commodity, derivative, and hedge funds of various strategies. Richard now sits on the Boards of a variety of funds, investment management companies and fund administration companies. This involves acting in executive and non-executive roles, including being the Director in charge of risk management.
